TGI Tours often seeks new in-house travel consultants or Sales Manager for its Palisades park NJ office or for overseas office locations (call center)s for various regional markets around the country.

Travel Consultant:

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience (previous call center and/or Travel Agent experience preferred) or Studied Travel and Tourism in College or If you are inactive Professional Tour Guide
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills (Excellent or Advanced English in speaking and writing skills)
• Ability to retain and organize large volumes of changing information
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications including CRS (Amadeus)
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to exceptional attendance and reliability
• Ability to maintain a high level of competency on a reservation system and internet
• A basic knowledge of geography and European destinations
